Tracy, that is fabulous! I'm struggling massively at the moment with how I look/feel about myself BUT my therapist said to me after we'd talked "so, you feel hopeless, like you will never get back to how you were a few weeks ago?" and I said "no, I do think I will get back there at some point, but at the moment I just feel like I'm stuck and haven't figured out how to get myself out of this yet" ...which at least is a better outlook, and not completely full of despair
