Thanks Tracy, it's good to be back on here, I feel like I've missed so much even though I was only away for a few days! I think part of the answer in terms of relationships, is that when you feel like you love and trust yourself, then you'll be in a position to receive love from someone else, and think about placing your trust in them....it will come to you in good time, as part of your recovery journey xx
