glad to know what to expect. I haven't gotten to this chapter yet. I will say that this book and this forum is the best thing to come into my life in a long time. I see myself obsessing less over the past couple of weeks. There are things that factor into this that are not direct effects of the above, but I think that having this support, and finally having an author who writes a book based on her own personal struggle, has helped me to be stronger bit by bit. It is all slowly sinking in...and I catch myself believing that my life may turn out better than I ever thought it could...free from "prison"..knowing that I hold the key to getting out is empowering.
