Well it helped that Tracy & Shh were so brave. And I saw how you responded so gently. I thought maybe this is the only chance I will ever have to tell my secret to someone safe. Seeing you write about the general topic here and in your book helped me think maybe it would be a little less shameful and sad if I told and that maybe you could help me hold it. I also thought if there are other people who hurt themselves in this way that I could help them by saying something. I have wondered about this part of me for a long time and no one has said hey this can be part of an ED experience and if you ever want to tell me something about it I want to know. I'll stop here as I'm getting scared.
