Progress is terrific. Moving past that block into eating breakfast is a great start. Gradually you can build on your days. It's pretty amazing how you can feel strength come to your body and clarity come to your mind by simply eating breakfast in the morning. I had brown rice toast, two oranges, a piece of cheese and a cup of hot tea. Simple, fast and did the job nicely for me. I hope you give yourself food that you enjoy.
