Oooh a newsletter to help support recovery sounds fabulous! Choosing 4 headings is really difficult though...I'm just trying to think what I've needed most help with and what I've struggled with the most on my journey so far, and then maybe relate that back to the heading choices... Relationships is a big one...so definitely no5 no3 is good too, as I've had to work on finding a place where I can truly relax which has meant redecorating a room, learning to ask for time out for personal space and time for reflection, and now I'm going a step further and trying to create a space that replicates a place I go to in my head that feels warm and calm, and respectful, and loving to help me to access that place and those feelings more easily. Something that would help to help you keep hold of the strength and courage to trust and believe in yourself would be good. And I'm guessing something that would keep you focussed post-therapy too, well the whole living post-therapy side of things really Exciting times JP...for both of us!
