Joanna...I just wanted to share my thoughts on HHH, I have been reading the chapters on Boundaries and Secrets today - I had planned to read the book through and then go back to the chapters and exercises that I felt would be the most useful, I thought I had a pretty good idea of what my boundary issues were, thought I had outed most of my secrets, but I have realised so much more today, or seen things I already knew at a different depth, so I am going to stay with these chapters for a while, whilst I journal and think about all the things they've started to help me reveal.
