good comment, shh...i have had a couple of "moments" where I just go off on a tangent and I think it totally makes people want to hit me over the head, but I don't have many forums for venting my true feelings and feel safe doing it here. I do get muddled down in pity at times, but I truly feel really, really badly sometimes. I usually feel supported by everyone here and try to support others who are struggling. I did go off on a pity party a few days ago, but I still wonder, Joanna, and if you could reassure me here, that it is normal to feel so up and down and have such rapidly swinging good and bad days/weeks...I guess, is it normal to feel as if I am on a rollercoaster ride with this recovery??? Does this mean I am not fairing well? It is quite discouraging to be doing so well emotionally for weeks, only to nosedive...and then to recover from the crash, only to nosedive again...how many times can I do this and stay sane? Lori, thanks for sharing! I do like reading your posts..I love your honesty. It's ok to feel upset. Atleast we know you are telling us how you really feel, good OR bad. :)
