Bring your own ability to think and evaluate the situation. Give the list to yourself. Look at the quantities of food and both the caloric and nutritional content of what you eat in a day. If you give the data to your therapist without evaluating it yourself you are putting yourself in a helpless position. If her evaluation goes against what you want to be true you will feel that you are in a power struggle. The power struggle is not between you and your therapist. The power struggle is between reality and what you wish were so. If you evaluate the data yourself you will confront the neutral facts. You will then see for yourself if you are eating enough and wisely.
